Moved to Florida Bay side of Marthon

Pretty Joe Rock is to the right in this sunset @ Banana Bay Sunrise @ 7am yesterday from the sundeck of the office looking North across Florida Bay. Sunset yesterday from the picnic area of Banana Bay We moved The Office on Monday from Boot Key Harbor to Banana Bay Marina. Our new friends Paul & Sandy, along with Jeff helped and we had a safe boat ride under the seven mile bridge. We had had enough of empty promises of Wi Fi . We enjoyed the wonderful people at Sombrero Marina Dockside, they are the best, but life is all about choices and we realized trying to stay in communication with everyone online would be impossible to manage with out a big expense. @ Boot Key Harbor Marathon

Sunrise over Cowpens anchorage. We are docked at Sombrero Dockside Marina. Richard and Jill on Finally, Mike and Darah on Wanderlust are on same dock  a few slips over. They come here every winter. Burdine's Tiki Hut has a history. We stopped here for fuel and one of the best fish sandwiches and fries in the keys often on our sailboat. Many bridges we passed on the trip down. We clear them if more than 22 ft. This one we read the tide board and use the extra 3-4 ft in the center. Be careful! This was in Miami and was one of the many places we did not stop. The book said this one was 24 so we cleared with out problem. Only had to wait on one bridge in Miami Passed many boats heading South. Most sailboats would drift over to one side and allow a slow pass. Some Did not have radio on or were Canadian and did not understand?  Anchor in sand at a island we stopped at over night. Wonder what the history is? Anchored out and dingy in for dinner at
